01 Schedule

After you schedule your transportation, one of our office members will confirm all the details of your trip

02 Reminder

You will receive a reminder call one day prior to your scheduled appointment.

03 Arrival

On the day of your trip, the assigned driver will arrive at your pick-up location, at your scheduled time and will call you to inform you of their arrival. They will assist you to enter the vehicle.

04 Ride

Once on the road, the driver will ensure a safe and reliable ride and get them to their destination in a timely manner.

05 Ambulatory Aid

The Driver will safely exit the patient from the vehicle and assist with ambulatory aid to their destination.
